kinetic pom:

1. Add kinetic-all module, this could be generate all class in
kinetic-java project, including test classes.
2. Add smoke test for drive, including chassis test and sanity test.
3. Clean up test class and shell script.
4. Update bin/readme.txt
5. Update .gitignore
