Update pom to generate runnable jar file from SimulatorRunner. It is to 

be consistent with startSimulator.sh script.  For example, to run the
jar file with specified tcp/tls ports and store home:

java -jar kinetic-simulator-0.8.0.5-SNAPSHOT-jar-with-dependencies.jar
-port 9123 -tlsport 9443 -home /storeHome
