Renamed kinetic_connection to kinetic_session.

Updated system test fixure to take log_level parameter, and reduced logging in system tests significantly to reduce output locally and in travis CI, since the logs are much too verbose and long.
Removed extraneous includes from system tests, since now link directly against static lib.
